Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. You can also log into your Temptation Jewellery account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (backordered, buy on request or in stock) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.
Buy on request: We are about to receive it or our jeweller needs to craft the piece for you once you order. Keep in mind that it can take a bit more time for you to receive this type of product. Shipping timelines are usually within 10 business days from the order day.
In stock: The product is in our facilities, ready for a new home! Shipping timelines are usually within 3 business days from the order day.
If you're ordering multiple pieces and the status and shipping date of each one are different, the order may be split in two or it may be shipped on the latest date. Use this rule to determine your shipping date: if the difference between the dates is more than 8 business days, the order will be split in two. If the difference is less than 8 business days, it will be shipped together once all items are available (on the latest shipping date).
Delivery info & costs
Shipping is free for purchases that reach or exceed €99. It's simple: you pay for your purchase at www.temptationjewellery.com and receive it without having to make any additional payments.
If your purchase does not reach €99, shipping costs will be €20 to be paid by the customer.
Our shipments are made via Correos Certified Shipping and the estimated delivery time is 10-15 days.
What happens if I refuse my shipment?
If you choose to refuse the delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Temptation Jewellery. Keep in mind that this amount depends on your country. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at Customer Service before your order is dispatched.
What is the return policy of Temptation Jewellery?
We offer free returns within 30 days for a refund if returned in saleable conditions. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the pieces. Keep in mind that engraved pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Are returns free?
Europe: your return is on us!
USA & Canada: a €20 EUR fee will be deducted from your refund.
International: a €30 EUR fee will be deducted from your refund.
What’s your exchange policy?
All pieces can be returned for refund or store credit if returned in saleable conditions. You can then place a new order for the piece or size you’d prefer!
How do I start the return process?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your order arrives back to us, it can take up to 5-10 business days for it to be processed. We’ll be in touch via email with an update on your refund, store credit or replacement!
Can I cancel/return a preordered item?
Items purchased during a preorder period are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange. We also cannot cancel orders that are placed during a preorder period at any time prior to shipping. Why? We operate on limited inventory and preorder periods are a “last chance” for those items. Once they sell out, they won’t be returning to our website so we’re not able to accept returns.
