Each piece of jewellery you get from Temptation Jewellery goes along with a Certificate of Authenticity and an Appraisal Certificate, in case of diamonds and precious gems.
Our Certificate of Authenticity demonstrates that your jewel is an original piece from Temptation Jewellery, verifies the quality of the jewel and acknowledges its lifetime guarantee.
Our Appraisal Certificate shows how engaged we are in the jewellery business. It states the description of the article (code, carat, clarity, color, cut, materials...), it features a picture of the product and its appraised value. We issue appraisal certificates with jewels that feature diamonds and precious stones of all descriptions.

We stand behind our pieces of jewellery. That’s why all our jewels are unconditionally guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defect and each one of them meets the highest quality requirements.

Temptation Jewellery guarantee does not cover:
- Defects and damages resulting from misuse, negligence or from accident.
- Consequences of the normal wear, tear and aging of the jewel.
- Routine maintenance and cleaning.
- Defects and damages caused by improper use, alterations, tampering, dismantling or unauthorized modifications or works and repairs performed by anyone other than Temptation Jewellery.
In order to benefit from your Temptation Jewellery Lifetime Guarantee you will need to have the Certificate of Authenticity that comes with every one of our jewels. If your jewel has diamonds or any other kind of gems, we will also require you its Certificate of Appraisal. Both the Certificate of Authenticity and the Certificate of Appraisal need to be signed and stamped by Temptation Jewellery.
Only Temptation Jewellery is entitled to provide guarantee services as defined herein.
When making use of your Temptation Jewellery Lifetime Guarantee, you will be responsible of all shipping costs. We strongly recommend to include insurance and certified delivery to any shipment to us.
